Ph.D.of the University of Tokyo.An architect and urban planner, is Director of Urban Regeneration Office of Taipei City, member of Committee of Settlement and Cultural Landscape of Ministry of Culture. He also was chief secretary and chief engineer of Dept. of Urban Development of Taipei City Government, andwas adjunct assistant professor of National Taipei University of Technology,China University of Technology,and National Taiwan Normal University, member of Public Art Review Committee of Taipei City and New Taipei City, a standing board member of Chinese Institute of Urban Design, and a board member of Institute Historical Resources Management in Taiwan.
His works, focused on development in mechanism, regulation, and practices is an important contribution to the urban design, preservation, communityempowerment, public art, urban redevelopment and promote creative city on local government in Taipei City.
